Mike, I know it has been a while since you posted this problem, but did you ever receive any information from Uniloy or solve your problem?
We do have a former Uniloy engineer working for us and has over 20 years formerly with Liberty and Uniloy. I also know a good independent service person.

I am having a problem with a 6 head Uniloy Blow mold. The Bottoms on 2 molds (1 gallon milk bottle) get holes. Paracin sticks to head. I checked top seals for air leak. They are ok. Ran head temps from 330F to 360F. Still same. Cleaned head and even saoped it. Nada. Went back and forth with Charge pressure between 0 to 100. Nitrogen tanks topped off.
Tried different speeds even. Stripper plate speed is fast anough to go up and down before shot. Stripper plate is Not touching head. I am running out of ideas. Please help... thanks
