Dear Nasir,
In the pet blow molding process,we reheat the preforms & then stretch & blow simultaneously as per the mold type.
In the blow process there many process variables which can affect the bottle blowing.
PROCESS VARIABLES:
1-preform temp.
2-preblow pressure/primery blow pressure
3-preblow flow
4-stretching pressure
5-preblow delay time
6-stretch rod delay time
7-high pressure delay time
8-high pressure
9-exhaust time
10-oven ventilation
11-oven lamps settings

and many other things which we consider at the time of blowing e.g.preform I.V.,preform length, type of neck & preform.
