28mm and 30mm are both good as far as the product integrity is concerned.For water 30mm is more siutable since drinking straight from the bottle is easier.Availability and cost effectiveness will depend upon individual market.

Do anyone can provide comment on the pros and cons of using 30mm and 28mm neck finish for bottled water products? Which one is better in terms of cost, availability and marketing side?
