is it always from the same preform cavity? Same blow mold?

Totally random? type of machine linear or rotary? cavitation? 2 step or single step?

I surprise people can actually post advice without knowing the basic of the issue. It's like shooting a fly in the dark.

1. Preblow may too early. Delay preblow and high blow timer.
2. Insufficient resin drying

1. Temperature of preform bottom is too high; or temperature of preform body is too low;
2. Preforms are made of depolyerized PET resin.
