Insufficient Top Load Capacity, Blow Molding (Machine)

1. Bottom wall thickness (axial) not uniform, thus adjust heating temperature;
2. Preform temperature too high. It is suggested to use lower heating temperature and higher blowing pressure.
3. Bottle design problem.
