Preform length can NOT be changed on the same mold.

We have been running 15.4g preforms and now want to test run 13.2g preforms which are not only lighter but about half an inch longer. my question is what are steps that should be taken in trying to process this new preform? How much of a change on the pre-blow and final blow etc.?
