What temperature are you planning to hot fill, pasteurizing or simply shelf stable? Wide mouth?
Tea, juice?

Preform Temp before pre-blow
Mold temp
Residence time of bottle inside mold
Time of air circulation
Material distribution of bottle
Thickness of wall

There is no big difference on molding parameter for normal PET preform making and hot fill PET preform making.
Difference should be:
1. hot fill grade resin;
2. mold design, mainly gate area.

WHAT ARE THE MOST CRITICAL PARAMETERS I HAVE TO TAKE IN CONSIDERATION WITH REGARDS TO PREFORMS MENT FOR HOT FILLING APPLICATIONS.
