We are looking for a line that has the capacity 1000kg / h for recycling PET bottle. Line possibly be a user but very good condition. The final material will be used for textile. you should be washing with hot water and material to be finished within the allowed conditions. We expect your bids accompanied with technical data, photos and prices. Prices and pictures to be detailed for each device.
We are looking forward to your emails.
sincerely

We have quantities of pet and white colors of blue and green
And also to have quantities of raw materials in the same colors
We want the importer to provide the quantities required.

May we get more information and contact details for NIR separation technic and its equipment manufacturers with which PVC bottles from PET BOTTLES can be sorted out or PVC flakes out of PET FLAKES can be sorted out.... If someone knowing this technology and its source, please send contact details of equipment manufacturers

Dear Kenneth,
Content is good. I hope you can recollect me.I visited along with your customer Disha PET, Bangalore INDIA

we are generating fine pet flakes or PET dust during reforming the PET bottles in to PET granules. what we can do with this waste or how to use it to maintain the same quality? we want to recycle this PET fine wastes further. Is there any chemical process of Recrystalise in a more clean forms without any contaminants? pl. response me
waiting for your comment with Advice

Metalled Bottle Sortation
by Metal Detector
Reference Waste Ratio: 0.5%
|
Green Bottle Sortation
Manually: Operators sort out foreign plastic bodies, possibly with the
help of ultraviolet light.
Automatically: with the help of electro-optical sensors.
Waste Ratio in this step is quite high, depends on bottle receipt. A reference ratio is 7.0%.
|
PVC Bottle Sortation
by NIR Technique (Optical Separation)
The near-infrared (NIR) technique separates used plastic packaging into different types of plastic. This improves the quality of the starting materials for recycled products.
Successful separation with the near-infrared technology. Making new products from "old" PET ones is only ecologically and economically sound if the plastic collected by the Dual System can be recovered in almost homogeneous form.
The key to this is optical separation with the aid of the near-infrared (NIR) technology. In this process, the different plastics are exposed to a beam of light which is reflected differently by the various kinds of plastic. This reflection allows the computer to identify the individual materials and to control their automatic, homogeneous separation.

Bottle Singulation
A shredder breaks down highly compressed parts into single bottles.
|
Debaling
A screw shredder or a debaling drum breaks down the pressed bales into single bottles.
Usually bale comes with size 40x40x70cm or 100x100x150cm.

Backgound Information -- Contamination
Labels/Handles/Closures/Liners made of PP/LDPE/HDPE/EVA can be removed by counter-current flow water in washing process.
Labels/Handles/Liners made of PVC/ABS/OPS are heavier than water and cannot be floated off during the recycling process to separate them from the PET flake.
OPS (Orientated Polystyrene) is not compatible with PET and can cause cloudy streaks in preforms and bottles - therefore OPS labels are not accepted for recycling.
PVC contamination in the PET stream while extrusion will generate black specks in the resin as PVC degrades at the processing temperatures used for PET.
PVC essentially degrades to carbon char giving off hydrochloric acid (HCI) in the process. The HCl also breaks down the polymer chain length or Intrinsic Viscosity (IV) of PET.
Paper label turns to pulp when coming in contact with water in the process. The pulp then blocks filters, creates caking of the heat exchangers and blinding of the filters.
Wet Strength Paper residue chars during the heating process prior to the extrusion of the PET and creates black specks and carbonised strands which contaminates the final product.
The ink used in the labels can create problems such as bleeding, which leads to discolouration of the PET flake during the recycling process.
Metallic labels fragment during the recycling process leaving fine particles of metallic flake, or creating black specks in the PET resin. This effectively contaminates the PET stream, and, once fragmented, the process cannot remove these metallic particles.
Adhesives are removed during the washing process at 90C. But glues that are not softened by hot caustic, such as some pressure sensitive adhesives, are not acceptable for the recycling process.
All items like aluminum closure, metal spring/ball inside tigger head, are totally incompatible with the PET recycling process and cause massive damage to grinding blades as well as causing metal contamination in the recycled PET.
Household Chemical PET Bottles used to store poisons or household chemicals such as Citronella lamp oils, Mineral Turpentine, Kerosene, Methylated Spirits and any mineral/chemical Solvents, are unacceptable when being recycled back into direct-foodcontact containers.
These household chemical containers MUST NOT be placed in the recycling stream for processing back into new PET Food Containers.
Bottle Coating can be removed by chemical solvent.
Multi-layer Bottle can NOT be well recycled so far.

Followed is a sample procedure of PET recycle.
But different companies offer different solutions with different procedures.
