Is your problem similar to attached photo?

Possible reasons & solutions:
1. Oxidation makes vacuum inside jar, especially there is oxidant; Try to fill jar with Nitrogen gas.

2. temperature while transportaion over 60c;

3. change jar design to stronger one(refer to hot fill bottle), or use heavier preforms.

Dear sir,

We are leading manufacturers of confectionery products in south india and sending to all over India.We are using 83 mm,96 mm and 128 mm that is 2.0 ,2.4,3.0 and 6.0 lts jars capacity for packaging of toffees and confectionery products through the lorry to the various destinations.We are facing jar dentings and deshaping complaints in the market.

Please give your suggestions and favourable reply which is the best pet combination to avoid the jar denting problem .

The PET details are

0.80 IV
246 c melting point
and 0.85 bulk density.
