If that is the case, please contact Husky, we're not sure about their mold design.

pls let me know more details. we used the purging material from ultra purge P-0 Grade which is too helpless. pls advise permanent solution to remove black specs.

Most probably there are some dead corners inside the hot manifold where material stays there and heated for long time.

we are manufacturing of Caps from HDPE with mixing of LDPE through Husky Hot runner mould. There's a Black pints in so many products which is unsolved problem. We try to adjusting tempereratures and processing parameters also which is useless. Anybody can advise pls.
