i have a injection molding machine HMW 2680.it works properly.but sometime, mold close automaticly,even the safty door is open.i check all the limit safty switch,they r all right. please sugges me,how can i fix it.because it is dangerous to me & my workers.

we work with machine HMW3280 - China made - with A63-I300 Techmation control and software , we work on PET bootle preform - we have problem that more material on preform NECK - Neck finish not good - some cavities have more materials others may be less on neck , pls let me know how to solve this problem

Under MANUAL/AUTO mode, if "ejector backward end" sensor is not activated, EJECT RET and EJECT ADV will not come(also there is a message shown in main window "ejector error" or similar), thus you need to check this "ejector backward end" sensor.
For nozzle adv/ret, please check "nozzle advance end" sensor and "nozzle ret end" sensor, they're activated now, that is why you can not do NOZZLE ADV and NOZZLE RET under manual/AUTO mode. But under "MOLD ADJ" mode, both of them will work.

The EJECT RET and EJECT ADV, NOZZLE ADV and NOZZLE RET; don't work properly neither automatically nor manually. But when we press "MOLD ADJ" it works.
Please where is the problem? Also please don't send us this injection machine model again, the technician found difficulties to start this machine.
