In order to Reduce Cycle Time in Injection Moulding , we need to have Optimum Part Design with fairly uniform wall thickness.
Plastics material-Commodity Plastics we need to use Chilled water to Extract Heat from the Mould Rapidly
Mould material-Be Cu material can Reduce the Moulding cycle considerably.
Pl check whether this is FEASIBLE.
