Replace heater (the heater is damage)
Replase the S.S.R (the S.S.R is damage)

1. Check if Over-Temperature (Over-Heating) Protector is damaged;
2. Replace heater.

We have a problem in Material Heater (MDL-200).

The Temperature suddenly drops down ( from 175 C to 115 C Degree ) itself while it is working normally.

We could not solve this problem. Thermocouple is OK.

Please inform me your comments to solve this problem.
