Hi,

which temperature are you going to fill?
how long has the bottle to resist?

main principals:
hot fill bottles are produced with the so called heat-set process.
The process increases the cristallinity of the material for the final bottle. The moulds are heated to achieve high cristallinity, usually the preform weight for the bottles is higher than standard bottles. The cooling is done through the stretch rod to fix the bottle into shape.

The bottle design for hot fill containers usually has vacuum panels and ribs that the bottle doesn't collapse after filling and cooling (the volume shrinks).
