what is the difference between pco 28mm 1810 neck and 1818 neck, Blow Molding (Machine)

I would like to know the dimensional difference between 28mm pco 1810 neck finish and 28mm pco 1818 neck finish. I am informed that the weight difference is about 1.0 grams.
