Sir,

we have changed a NEW Hot Manifold & Tried again. But the result is same.

Nozzles r no need to be balanced as Hot M/f i.e. Runner is Balanced.

sorry! Can u plz specify in detail - which guide bush r u talking about?

We tried Decreasing Hot M/f temp. from 210* to 170*. At 170* it gets cleared but again a Quality i.e. Flow problems tarts. We can not run HDPE at this low 170* temp.

Obviously there is dead corner along the runner inside the hot manifold, where melted material stays there for long time and got burnt.

Hi!!
This is SIX Cavity 60 cc Bottle Mold Running in HDPE 5502 BN Grade - VIRGIN ONLY.
We r getting a problem of Black line accross the ONE SIDE PARTING LINE IN CENTER CAVITY i.e. in cav. Nr.3 it is on RIGHT siade & in cav. Nr. 4 it is on Left side. It is at only one Parting line i.e. INNER & TOWARDS to Center.
We have Blocked these Center cavity 3 & 4 and Retried. In that case this Black line was shifted to Cav. Nr. 2 7 5 in the same manner.

Can any one suggest the solution?
