It could be a cooling problem. There may be a small hole in the bottom base mold. Try cleaning it out with a precision drill bit or paperclip.

you all having problems of proper heating -1.what is the length of your bottles preforms as per your bottles size you have manage the avobe two heater temp. and bleow two heater temp.adjust the both temp. I thing you will get the regult the best. thanks-Inayat

for un blown neck and bottom if u r using a 2 stage then it must be ur wrong settings with heaters.
for bottle struk on the bottom mould it should be the cooling problem provide coolong at the bottom mouls or increase ur blow air decompression time

700ml bottles get stuck on the bottom of the mould, I don't know what is the problem, if any one have this problem before please send me a comment
