High Crystallization (CT) cause blowing ti e more difficult, the lower it is the easy blowing.
CT is basically compacted polymer chains, of CT is not uniform in a preform then its must burst. The bottle/Preform will all ways burst from the point where the CT region separates from the amorphous region.

Hello everybody,
Some PET preforms show a cristallinity content less than 5%; in literature is recomended a value between 5-10%. What happens with lower cristallinity %? may this value affect blow molding of the preform?Thank you
