i have problem in the preform 48cavity mold,
1.the neck cavity of the frequently breaking,
2.the core cavity become bend,
please give me solutions.

In my opinion.
May be:
- Over Hold pressure. Check the point transition and the firts and second etaps
- Water in the preforms. Check teh bolts de Neck Rings
- IV very low. Check Time injection

can u explain more about the cracking of the preform. it is
a) Random
b) During mold opening
c) During Packing
d) During ejection
or some thing else
if u could attach few pictures it would clear the picture
