Baggy lines in BOPP film, Education & Research

We have a problem with our BOPP film.
On every type of film we have a baagy line right in the center of the web. On the film profile the thickness gauge shows us a W-shape in that place. The die is clean and in good condition. We think that something is wrong in the extrusion cause the cast web coming out of the die has a slight different structure in the middle. Does anybody face with such kind of problem? Thank you.
