PET bottle base uneven thickness, Blow Molding (Machine)

Hi,we have purchased stretch blow machin from china and we are experiencing 2 problems with our 18.9L PET bottles
1) the blow is exploding at the bottom where the handle is when we blow
2) If the bottles is sucessfully blown than the thickness of the base of the bottle is uneven. The base where the handle is the wall thickness is uneven. Does anyone have a solution for this.
