Wheather it's a hazy problem or Pearlesence?
Haziness appear due to higher temperature of preform (particular area) in the reheat blow condition while pearlesence appeared in a area of preform where it's cooler than other area of preform.
As both preforms are having same dimension whereas the bottle heigh of 500 ml is higher than 330 ml hence the NSR for 500 ml bottle is higher so adjust blowing condition accordingly.

Dear Sir,
I am using stretch blow molding machine,we take 330 ml 500 ml and 1.5 lt production,for 330 ml we use 14.5 gram preform and for 500 ml we use 18 gram preform but the dimensions of preform same both 330 and 500 ml.The height of 330 ml bottle is 160 mm and the height of 500 ml bottles ids 220 mm,i am getting perfect 330 ml bottle but not getting good bottle of 500 ml,after blown milk haze appaier on the bottles.please advise me the correct heating setting

i have a problem with the expansion of the bottle and perhaps CO2 missing how can i do to mantain the CO2 value for more time, we have a resin higer than .8 dl/g, blowing temp 106, pressure 14 and 38 bar

Every preform has been designed for a specific bottle , though 10% allowances in either height , volume or diameter is possible.So to get a good quality bottles four (4)things are important basically which affects the natural stretch ratio(NSR).
First the I.V of the preform, Second the blow temperature, Third the copolymer level of the PET resin and fourth is the moisture level of the preform(Aging).
