sir,i would like to know petg and polycarbonate data sheet and processing conditions for extrusion blow moulding of baby feeding bottles

This PC bottles always Bottom very light while processing with single stage blow molding. But I tuned a lot of setting in our microprocessor machine including different setting of Oil temp. Without touch preform design, what is the other solution?
