Two things are important.
For acheiving good barrier properties biaxial orientation is most important.But bottles for homeopathy application, bottle size is 15-20 ml.Then what will be the preform size and what will be the stretch ratio?
Second important thing is the chemical compatibility of PET with homeo pharma content.

Some medicine may quality changes when it is effected from moisture(hydrolysis),oxygen(oxidation),and sunligth(photolysis). PET Bottles is fair to good moisture barrier, good oxygen barrier and good sunligth resistance (it's better if added pigment to make opacity), so I think it's no problem with medicines.

Commonly using PET bottles for food and medicines. Because PET material are food grade and inert. I don't think, there's a problem to use HOmoeo medicine too.
