Why PET Bottles from Injection Blow Process are more clear than PET Bottles from Injection Stretch Blow Process?

First you mention the size (volume ) of bottle and on which machine you are producing it , see we are useing RELIANCE-F46003 For 15 ml bottle and the process is Injectoin Blow Molding machine.

Hi Tom

The type of HDPE you will use depends on the size of your container and the degree of inflation required. You would need a fairly high molecular weight material to give you the appropriate melt strength, however sounds to me like your problem is your process. Could be a simple question of playing with the various settings really.

can any one advise on best hdpe to use in injection blow moulding have tried several and found the surface finish of containers to be poor and exhibit a scaly effect anys sugestions appreciated
