How to design to compensate deformation, Injection Molding (Machine)

My company asked for a CAE simulation in Moldflow software and the results told us that we must change the shappe of the part about 0.5 in some areas to compensate the deformation after the part is injected.

Is there any whay to do this besides the manual and hard work?
Any other whay to change the 3D fast??
