1. PET resin is not well dehumidified;
2. Reduce "suck-back";
3. hot runner temperature too high;
4. Poor mold venting.
P.S. Where did you get our trouble shooting manual?
|
For the past two weeks, the preforms we make have been coming out with bubbles in them. The bubbles do not form every cycle. They would appear for a few cycles, disappear for some time before forming again. I have tried all the possible solutions stated on your trouble shooting section, but to no avail.
The screw inside the barrel has been taken out and checked and nothing seemed to be wrong with it. The center point of the nozzle coincides with that of the hole in the mould.
Your advice to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
