1. Insufficient shot capacity (or charge stroke);
2. Injection speed/pressure too low;
3. Hold pressure/time too low;
4. Manifold temperature too low;
5. Poor air exhaust, clean neck splits and surface between cores and cores seats. By reducing the clamping force may help.
