I have problem with preform neck while it blows into PET bottle. The mouth of bottle distort .It is not circle. I found that when the preform are not in preform holder sometimes,it get this problem. I use ASB NB20SC blowing machine which it didn't have the punting preform onto the preform holder. I try to install ventilation fan to blow out heat at prefor holder ( at the area of preform thread )at station before blow mold. Do you have any idea to solve this problem?

I am facing a problem that botle neck gets crack while blowing. if put 1000 preforms 2 to 4 bottles get crack. what are the possible reasons for this

try to decrease first zone preheat temp.

The first zone may be too close to the support ring.
or theres not enough cooling to the neck while in the oven.

Cause: Poor neck cooling.
Check ventilation, neck cooling fan, neck cooling water, etc.
