If your preforms are not blown at all, make sure you are getting your main blow on. For instance on a Sidel 2F you have to make sure that your flag on the stretch carriage for your main blow is hitting the sensor when the stretch rod is completely down. This is something that is easy to miss if you are following a setup sheet and not checking where your flag is at the bottom of the stretch stroke.

1. Increase blowing pressure;
2. Increase preform heating temperature;
3. Preform problem. Dip preforms into boiled water to check if preforms are softened uniformly.
