mould lock un lock alarm, Blow Molding (Machine)

Our users BLOWMAX 16 (SIG). in use for the production of 500ml and 2 lt, we have problems when production 2lt, many times happens mold lock un lock. especially when raising kecepatanya (76% to 78%) and so on.
anyone can give me advice ?????
