In normal cases UV stabilizer is mixed externally as par the requirement of the product before injection molding.
PET is made chemically by pure terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol.It can be made either homopolymer or copolymer. For copolymer either it is modified by CHDM (glycol modified) or by Isophthalic acid (Acid modified.)through polycondensation reaction.

we are about to establish water bottling plant . what would be the full specifications of PET bottles should be choosen for the process

Not only the direct heat through barrel , indirect heat or frictional heat by means of screw RPM , B.P, screw speed and melt residence time along with larger cushion generating AA.
Should try our ASPET 19C material for making water grade bottles.

1. AA level too high. Apply lower temperature for both injection and blowing;
2. Choose PET resin with lower AA level.
