Isn't derived from AA? As you probably know, if your air-conveying system fails for a little amount of time, level of your resin hopper goes down a bit, provocating a reduction of efective drying time. This less-dried resin produces more AA when beeing extruded.
How do you control level of your resin hopper?
Another possibility is any variation of temperature on heaters of drying air, or flow of this hot air through hopper.
Anyway, I think you are facing drying problems.

Our company in South Africa produces mineral water bottles with a 0.2% holkabatch blue pigment. We use PAPET (Kohap) material (100% virgin). Every "now and again" we find that the blown bottles (single stage ADS machine) has a slight odour. We have traced all possible causes but have yet to identify the source of the smell.

Do you have any ideas, or know of any similiar cases?
