I have reviewed the SPI website for blow molded bottle neck finishes but find nothing less that size 13. Is there data for smaller sizes?

Also, is there any documentation on how to select which of the SPI specifications (100, 400, 415, etc) should be used when?

Finally - anyone have any experience blow molding a package with threads on BOTH ends?

Thanks in advance for any info.
