pls give me advise.the issue that we have is removing the glue from PET flakes. The problem that we have is that we cannot reach 90 degrees in our boiler. Which detergents can we add besides NaOH and in what proportion?

Dear Sir ,
Pls , Could you tell 1%of what should be put inside the hot water boiler ? Or 1%of CASTIC soda must be put into hot water tank boiler of pet flakes ?or 1% of water or pet flake ?
I am really confused here I want you to explain to avoid mistake in the future .
(1)MY TANK BOiLER CONTAIN 500 KG OF PET FLAKES , WHAT QUANTITY OF CASTIC SODA MUST BE PUT INSIDE ?
(2) HOW MANY ALSO OF SULFONIC ACID SHOULD BE ADDED ?TO 500 KG HOT BOILER TANKER ?

We are consultant For Pet Flake washing plant in India for the last 20 year.
Washing of pet flakes at 90 degree along with certain detergent give best result, glue get remove at turbo washer at 90 dgree.
Pvc get black at 120 to 140 degree hence pass the pet flakes from 140 degree tunnal and manual sorting is recommended for black pvc sorting.

Nazar, we are using a boiler washing machine (1.5 m3 capacity), but we use the water at least 3 days, how we could calculate how much castic soda (1%) and Sulfonic Acid (1.25%)use?

I am working with a PET recycling Company as Quality Analyst/Quality Controller in Malaysia. There are some technical things to improve the quality.
1- Use the boiler and its heat must be above 90'C.
2- Use castic sode at least 1% $ Sulfonic Acid 1.25%.
3- Rinsing time should be 15-20 minutes.
4- Chemical wash tank's water must change every 3rd day.
5- After chemical+hot wash, your equipments for normal wash steps should be sound.
6- Must control the PVC bottle and other impurities. Your target should be under 50PPM and maximum production.
