There could be several reasons:

1. Preform quality. Excessive preform gate crystallinity or voids in preform gate.

2. Stretch rod hitting preform gate area too hard, thus causing micro-crakcs;

3. Bottle base not oriented sufficiently;

4. Time setting. Bottle bottom too thin.

5. Material viscosity below 0.8;

6. High humidity/temperature conditions cause free volume relaxation turning bottles brittle.

dear gentlemen,

I have a problem of bottom cracking in some bottles during the fill phase with carbonated water, you can see this crack that crosses the point of injection.
Could you help me please to understand what's the cause of this and what remedies I can use.
