help :kinda new at this - need your expertise, Blow Molding (Machine)

I need to run a slightly longer lighter preform that what I'm currently running. The new preform is one and a half grams lighter and half an inch longer. What concerns should I have? What adjustments or setting changes should I be looking at? What is the first area that needs to be addressed?
