1. Power on machine, but don't power on motor;
2. press [I/O] and switch to [D/A] window (as enclosed);
3. Input 140 to "press1", and 99 to "Speed", the output of two ampere meters should be 0.8A and 0.6A accordingly;
4. Input 05 to "press1", and 05 to "Speed", the output of two ampere meters should be 0.05A and 0.2A accordingly;
5. Keep barrel empty (no material inside) and perform "charge" (set pressure 50 and speed 05), the screw should start rotating;
6. increase the "charge" speed setting, the rotation speed of screw should be more and more accordingly; otherwise, clean YUKEN proportional valve (mainly the valve core is blocked).

Also it seems that one YUKEN electro-hydraulic flow control valve does not work well. We assume that because the speed of the machine is not stable and also does not follow the set parameters we put. The part number of the valve is: efbg-03-125-c-1720, MFG No: MY9711 02 Japan. Please inform about spare part or other action we should do.
