Manifold Temperature Fluctuation (Preform Mold, 4 Cavity, 5 Gallon), Machine Trouble Shooting

Possible reasons:
1. Loose connection of thermocouple. Fix it firmly and try again.
2. Replace thermocouple or PID temperature controller.

In the Temperature Display of Mold Temperature Controller we have seed 20 C Degree up and down values from the set temperature. As you know this temperature values are going up and down only +/- 1 C from the set temperature normally.
