No, the problem is not in program.
You must have two problems now:
1. Clamping position setting wrong. Thus PLC doesn't give MOLD-OPEN signal.
2. MOLD-OPEN valve is blocked there at ON position, thus whatever action you do, MOLD-OPEN will be performed.
Clean MOLD-OPEN valve.

1. Check mold clamping position setting;
2. Check potentiometer;
3. Switch to [I/O]-->[PC-1] window, press [MOLD OPEN];
if C03 reads "1", or reading from oil pressure/flow gauge is Zero, that means mold clamping position setting is wrong.

we have checked up as per your advice, but while checking we found that on A63 C3 wire (for mold open) we are not getting supply or signal to hydraulic valve, what to do?

Reason: Mold stayed locked for long time.

Solution:
1. check if hydraulic circuit is working;
Press "mold open", check cross is moving a little bit or not;
if yes, that means hydraulic circuit is working;

2. loosen nut of mold open cylinder to half, remove sensor "mold lock".
set pressure and flow of "mold open slow 1" to maximum,
Press "mold open", then "mold close", repeat several times, this should make mold open.

3. After mold opens, fasten abovementioned nut.
