Temperature of cooling water for PET moulds should be beetwen 15 - 20C,does that depend on the size of mould,or is it a standard water temperature for all size of mould.
What would happen if the cooling water temperature was higher or lower than the default parameter ( 15 - 20 C )

Dear Sir,we are having sivsu pet blowing machine.while processing the bottom of the bottles is not perfect shape.bottom ring is not been filled material.Iincrease the temperature at the bottom.no result.please,explain what is the adjustment for clear bottom.

i have 1 litter PET Blow Molding Machine
we fixed machine its all function OK
we need all parameters (heat-air pressure and all other adjustment(timing) to produce 1 litter Square Bottle
Please Help me in this regards

In blowing machine how many lamps are used in Heater and How much watt should be kept for each one?

Dear Shah

I can clear out your all problem.Its very simple.But you must give the details given below.

1.Which machine used for blowing?

2.In blowing machine how many lamps are used in Heater and How much watt for each one?

3. What is the height and gram of preforms you are using and which company?

If you are using one blowing machine you must have utilities given below for average 700 bottles per hour.

1. Connecting voltage should be maintain by 220v of each R,Y,B line .

2. Air compressors must be deliver 40BAR 50CFM for High pressure(for blowing bottles) and 10 BAR 30CFM for low pressure(for working pneumatic control of blowing machine).
3. To maintain water temperature at maximum 7degree chilled for cooling molds.So you must have 2ton chiller.
4. To maintain good and avoid foreign particles in blow air used driers.So you must 70CFM drier.And every time maintain air dew point should be in 2 to 3 degree.
