blobs in the bottles after preform is blown up., Injection Molding (Machine)

Kenplas Forum ==> Injection Molding (Machine) ==> blobs in the bottles after preform is blown up.

The problem is due to unmelted pet granola ,causes:1-low melt temp ( increase injection melt temp ) 2-low stay of melt in the cylinder ( decrease injection cycle time ) 3- the injection machine is not suitable for pet production.

Hi. Not sure if anyone can help but having problems with blobs of plastic in the bottles after bottle is blown. It is coming from the preform and almost want to.call them unmelts but they are not bubbles. Just white blobs that you can barely see in preform but more prodominent when bottle is formed.
