I have a firm manufacturing Drilling machines , need to know the potential of Deep hole or gun drilling machines in Plastic industry.
Drilling machines could be used for drilling holes in to the molds used for making platic containers. Coolants are passed thru these holes to cool the molds. I need information on cooling techniques used in Extrusion blow molding , Injection Blow Molding and stretch blow molding.
The extent of cooling required would decide the need for drilling machines.Hence i would need to know the cooling techniques of molds in plastic industry and also if there are any other segments other than Automobile , Aerospace wherein the Gun drilling would be used .
