My pet blow machine transfer arm is hanging, it will stop while moving. What could be the likely solution.

It is possible that the storage temperature of preforms drop considerably overnight,

sir,we are having a pet blowing machine.the temperature setting for the machine for pet preform is varied.means,if today is running the machine with the temperature as 480,465,458,346,250,224 the bottles are good.but tommorrow while we start the machine with the same temperature,we can not get the good bottles.what the reason for the problem.please send the corrective measure to apply the machine.
