Material Drying & Loading SystemSCD = (1 Hopper Dryer) + (1 Dehumidifier) + (2 Autoloaders)
  • SCD is the most suitable system for hygroscopic plastics with high moisture absorption capacity, such as PET, PC, PA, PBT.
  • 3 in 1 Design: SCD is combo with compact space-saving design consists of one hopper dryer, one dehumidifier and two autoloaders, easy to move.
  • Working Principle: One autoloader loads material into hopper dryer, after drying and dehumidifying by dehumidifier in hopper dryer, 2nd autoloader loads dried material into machine.
  • Control: Microprocessor, LED display for dehumidifying temperature setting, 99-hour timer for auto start-up, fault alarm function.
  • Heat-insulated hopper dryer with down blow design to reduce the heat loss at most.
  • Close-loop Design to avoid moisture re-absorption.
  • Pneumatic Butterfly Valve installed on hopper base to avoid material block inside conveying hose.
  • Pneumatic discharge gate for easy material change.
